This is a system enforced by the bandwidth provider, where, if no additional bandwidth is purchased, the service can function with pop-up ads

(which we don't like either)

To avoid this, the website will be temporarily shut down until additional bandwidth can be purchased.

In my country, It's summer time at university. I have to move to a new dorm and study during this period,
